Document Verification
If you need a certified copy of a document (eg. a diploma, a birth certificate), you can visit us with the original document at any time during our business hours. If the document is to be used in the Czech Republic, you do not need to schedule an appointment. For the document to be used abroad please contact our office in advance to schedule an appointment.
Signature Verification
If you need to verify your signature on a document, you can visit us with the document that you wish to sign at any time during our business hours. Notary Fees
The fees for the signature and document verification are stated by the Notarial Tariff – decree no. 196/2001 Coll. on remuneration and Compensation of Notaries, Administrators of Estates and the Chamber of Notaries of the Czech Republic.
Signature certification/verification 70 CZK + VAT (21 %)
Certified copy of a document 30 CZK + VAT (21 %) per side (+ if a copy of the document must be made 4 CZK / per page)
Apostille
In order to obtain an Apostille, the document must be verified by a notary or a notarial candidate. Please inform our office in advance that you need the document to be used abroad.
